One on one sessions are great for building confidence and perfecting technique. Even better all our sessions are held in private at the MKW Studio.

Nutrition planning

Whether your goal is to lose body fat or build muscle it is vital to have a sensible eating pattern. Training and Nutrition go hand in hand.

The 1-2-1 and group PT sessions will be carried out in an indoor private PT studio equipped with a power rack, pull up bars, olympic barbells, Assault air bike, punch bag, dumbbells and other state of the art equipment.

I’ve been going to Matthew at MKW fitness for about 3-4 months now and cannot recommend him enough. I’m so happy with the results I’ve had through our 1 to 1 sessions and online training plans he has tailored for me on TrueCoach. Have been doing online coaching with Matthew since June and have gained so much knowledge about the gym and creating healthy habits. Recently been focusing on improving technique on specific lifts, this has given me much more confidence that I can perform the exercises safely and effectively ?

I completed the 6 week online coaching with Matthew… wow I cannot thank him enough. I have lost weight (12lbs!!!) , I fit my clothes better and feel more confident. However, more importantly I feel confident walking into the gym now when I didn’t before, my attitude to exercise and food has changed and I am soo much more motivated. If I had a bad day/weekend (food and exercise wise), Matthew did not focus on this and understands the balance between living life and exercising/being healthy, which really helped me get back on track. Couldn’t rate him high enough, really encouraging & motivating. Thank you ???

His Boot camps are challenging and great fun but geared to what ever level you are at. Great studio gym set in a peaceful rural location.

Matthew is extremely professional and will work closely with you to achieve your health and fitness goals. His positive and enthusiastic attitude are an excellent motivator to work hard in your sessions. His studio has all the equipment you need and the private setting allows you to grow confidence whilst exercising. His bootcamps are well organised and a great addition to your weekly sessions. I can’t recommend his services highly enough.
