Hello there

My name is Matthew Whitefoot, I am 29 years old and local to the Inverness area here in the Highlands of Scotland. My passion for health and fitness really began when I undertook a weight loss journey myself in the later part of 2014 losing 2.5 stone in the process. This provided me with unprecedented levels of confidence. Since then I have developed a keen and enthusiastic outlook towards leading a positive and active lifestyle. From going through a weight loss journey myself and experiencing first-hand the benefits which come with an active lifestyle. I want to help and encourage others on fitness journeys of their own.

At MKW we pride ourselves on getting to know all our clients on a personal basis to aid our clients fitness experience.

Experienced

Having recently qualified as a Level 3 Personal trainer I am keen to take people under my guidance.

Highly Skilled

I specialise in weight loss training programmes, strength training programs as well as nutritional advice.

1-2-1 Coaching

I offer clients 1-2-1 Personal training sessions in 30 minute or 1 hour blocks. (Prices vary depending on time block) Here, focus will be completely on you as the client on a 1-2-1 basis and progressing you towards the goals we agree upon at the start of your training programme.

Group PT

Group sessions are also on offer in 30 minute or 1 hour blocks. Sessions will consist of Personal training sessions performed with a friend/colleague and focus will be split equally on both parties involved as a means to progressing towards earmarked goals.
